Events Diablo Japanese American Club Summer festival This festival, in its 43rd year, will include exhibits, live entertainment, demonstrations and food. Gods and Goblins: Japanese Folk Painting from Otsu Paintings of foolish monkeys, wrestling gods, playful goblins and humorous caricatures make up the first major West Coast exhibit of folk art from the town of Otsu, Japan.
