Woods just won the British Open, one of four major golf tournaments in the world. Earlier, he also won the PGA, U.S. Open and Masters, thus capturing the golf grand-slam. Mineta, over a longer span of time, achieved the personal political grand slam by his historic appointment as Americas first cabinet member of Asian ancestry. |
